1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of MsgTag ("the Service"), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product provided by Hollow & North Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use MsgTag only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage or impair our servers or networks.
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of MsgTag, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

MsgTag may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices may change from time to time - where possible, we will give reasonable notice of any pricing changes. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

MsgTag, including all content and code, is the intellectual property of Hollow & North Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, particularly if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

MsgTag is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
